This free virtual workshop is led by Emma McAdam who is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. McAdam will walk you through the basics of how you can change your brain, improve your mental health, and become healthier and happier without medication. This course is intended to help anyone with depression, anxiety, other mental illness to know what they can do to get healthier.

You will learn about simple daily habits, and you’ll also have a chance to learn what modern imaging technology has taught us about neuroplasticity-your brain’s ability to rewire itself-about using your body to regulate your brain.
